If you’re not using Scrip, you’re missing out on a great opportunity to save on your students’ education expenses! Make your everyday purchases using Scrip gift cards and fundraise for GCA. You won't be spending extra time, energy, or money!
Through Scrip, you can order gift cards for all the places you normally shop. For each gift card you purchase, a rebate is split between GCA and your students’ 2019-2020 GCA expenses.
For example, if you purchase a $100 Roundy’s gift card through Scrip, a 4% rebate is applied. You can use the $100 gift card to shop like you normally would. The 4% rebate gets split between GCA and your child’s 2019-2020 GCA expenses, so you earn $2.00 and GCA earns $2.00! If you did this every week, you would earn $104 for your child’s 2018-2019 expenses! With Scrip, it all adds up! One GCA family received a $600 tuition credit a few years ago just by using Scrip gift cards on purchases they already planned to make!
Scrip dollars raised can go to more than just tuition! Your Scrip purchases can also help fund expenses like gym uniforms, aftercare, milk and hot lunch.
Here’s how you place your order: Browse hundreds of gift cards on the Scrip website and fill out GCA’s order form (below) with the Scrip cards you want to order, and turn in your order form and payment to the GCA office by 9:00 a.m. every Monday morning! Your Scrip cards will be sent home with your students Thursday afternoon. We also keep a limited amount of popular gift cards on hand in the office that you can buy on demand.

Parent/teacher conferences are scheduled for November 15th and 16th!
The elementary conference schedule went home with report cards.
Junior High and Senior High parents can come at any of the open times below and meet with teachers; on a first-come, first-served basis. However, you MUST meet with at least their homeroom teacher. Conferences will last for a maximum of 10 minutes. If you need more than 10 minutes with a particular teacher, you will need to schedule an additional meeting on a separate day. All students going on the Washington D.C. trip are also required to see Mrs. Hummitzsch for paperwork.
Save the date to shop from local vendors and crafters on Saturday, November 18 from 9:00 a.m to 3:00 p.m. to support Grace Christian Academy! This fundraiser will have approximately 50 artisans, crafters, and bakers with a variety of fun creations. We are still accepting vendors that want to participate!
