My theme verse for this year is John 17:17, "Sanctify them in the truth, your word is truth." To me this verse really signifies the approach to education that we take at Grace Christian Academy. We endeavor to demonstrate the truth through our teaching and curriculum just as much as we endeavor to show the truth to each and every student through our actions, words and speech.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my two kids, 9 and 13. I also enjoy working on my car and playing music with my daughter.

My verse for the year is Acts 17:28, "For in him we live and move and have our being; as some of your own poets have said, "We are his offspring'". For me faith is in the small and large, the brief moments and the large missions, the seen and the unseen. I believe that we give God glory when we do our very best with what He has given us. That excellence is a tribute to Christ and a small way to say, "thank you" for what Christ has done for us by dying for our sins.

In my free time I love to be active and play sports. We are a sporty family and enjoy cheering for teams as much as we do playing.

My verse of the year is “So then, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath; for the wrath of man does not produce the righteousness of God.” James 1:19 I am excited to meet all of the students and families at GCA and I’m glad to be a part of the team this year. My educational philosophy is to be patient and extend grace to the students.

I attend Lakewood Baptist Church and I am married with a newborn son. I have 1 dog, 2 rabbits, 10 fish, and 1 snail. I love to spend time outside in my free time. I enjoy hiking and geocaching.

Romans 15:13 May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Kids search for meaning and friendship while at school. They may struggle with peace and joy. My hope is that they find God and the joy and peace only He brings each step of the way.

In my free time I enjoy sports and games with my family (all 4 children attend school at Grace Christian Academy). I am a pastor as well at Redeeming Grace Church in New Berlin
