Conferences are on November 15 and 16 and are mandatory for all parents to attend.
Elementary parents should either sign up online using this link or check off your preferred times on the sign-up sheets and return them to the office as soon as possible. The conferences are scheduled on a first come, first served basis, so the sooner you return them, the more likely you will get your preferred time. We will send home your conference schedules with report cards on November 7th.
Junior & Senior High conferences will be held in the gym this year. Every family will check in at the table in the lobby. Parents/Guardians must meet with their student’s homeroom teacher. All other Junior High and Senior High teachers will be available as well. This will be a first come first served basis.
Please fill out the volunteer sheets to help on Apple Pie Day on November 11th! There are many ways to help: preparing pies, childcare, sending food for the volunteer lunch, and more! Junior and Senior High Students are welcome to volunteer; NHS hours apply.
If you plan to help with child care, a volunteer form must be filled out and a copy of your driver's license and social security card are needed so we can do the required background check.
We are also looking for helpful volunteers to be apple pie coordinators and oversee the behind-the-scenes work before apple pie day! There are various tasks for all different strengths, including scheduling volunteers, coordinating food, tallying orders and more!
