Volunteer Investment Program
Volunteer Investment Program (VIP) Grace Christian Academy's Volunteer Incentive Program (VIP) began on June 1st, 2011. As part of the tuition agreement for the 2011/2012 school year, all families need to participate in 15 hours of service throughout the school year or pay a fee of $150.00. This program will help keep operating costs and tuition low for our families. After completing each task, please stop in the office so we can document the hours you have served. Tasks need to be completed before June 30th, 2012 to qualify for the 2011/2012 school year. Below is a list of things that need to be done and will count towards this program. This is not a complete list, and jobs may be added throughout the year. Updates will be added to the website, so check back regularly. Please contact the school office if you have any questions or to schedule times to serve. Duties to be performed for the school: Assembly of Friday Packets Library Parent for Each Elementary Classroom Cleaning in Classrooms Assistants with Art Classes Librarian Duties Field Trip Chaperones Room Parents Hot Lunch (Setting Up and Supervision) Recess Supervision Record Keeping of Box Tops, Milk Caps or Campbell's Soup Labels Volunteers for Special/Sporting Events Concessions for Special/Sporting Events Fundraising: -Walk A Thon -Spaghetti Dinner -Dinner Auction -Fun Fair -Carnation Sales -Apple Pie Sales -Mr. Z's Pizza Sales
