                        New "Action Items" page on web site.  Access through main navigation on top of
                        page  

                        1. (20) different computers in GCA library for fall.  With XP operating system.

                                    (20) with Mavis Beacon teaches typing version18, one copy for
                                    instructor. DVD player and CD burning software on each computer.

                                    Office software on each computer.

                        2. Need more donated old computers - Pentium 4 or better with XP O/S

                                    From Individuals, Companies.    

                        3. (To Do) Installation of Internet filter to control web access for students

                        4. (To Do) Computer and printer in staff lounge, access internet.

                        5. (To Do) Installing newer computers into classrooms with equipment
                             available
     

            Facilities:  Mark Swan

                        Wax floors this summer

                        Inside walls needs a fresh coat of paint - Volunteers GCA & GCC

                                    Cafeteria, lower halls need repainting

                                    Stadium, bathrooms due to be painted

                                    Kitchen needs to be repainted

                        Update Entry to the building:

                                    Drop ceiling & new lights (It is the first portion of the building that
                                    members of GCA and GCC see when they enter the building.

                        * Installation/Setup of playground equipment *

                        No city approvals needed. Location of equipment evaluated by Mark S.

                        Mark S. will provide a site plan.  (Need GCC approval)

                               of 10 children needed to make this work.
