My objectives for each 5th grade student is that they feel secure, see themselves as very important in the family of God, and that they reach their potential academically and spiritually. It is important to keep parents informed of the student’s academic performance. I believe that the teacher and the parents are a team working together so the best results can be achieved by each child. Students need to know and understand the rules of the classroom. Discipline is used as a means of learning self-control so the students are able to achieve more success. Each child has the right to receive a good education. Students need to understand the objectives of each class. I believe that an atmosphere which is secure and open to questions and comments will be conducive to the development of each child’s desire to succeed.
